"The Coalition of Domestic Election Observers (CODEO) will organize a 3-day National Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop for 30 recruited CODEO Regional Coordinators. The national ToT is the first stage of CODEO’s preparations to train and deploy over 4000 non-partisan Ghanaian citizens to observe the December 7 general elections. The objective of the workshop is to equip the 30 Regional Coordinators with the necessary skills to organize cascade trainings for CODEO observers at the regional and constituency levels. The CODEO election day observation program is supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) with technical assistance from the National Democratic Institute (NDI)".
